I wanted to share how wonderful my experience has been with Dr. Loree, Jenni Tinsley and Jan at CAVA. I was diagnosed with an unexpected serious heart condition and have had all of my follow-up care with Dr. Loree and her associates. Not only has Dr. Loree been an amazing medical professional, but has been an amazing advocate for my medical situation. She is caring, understanding, a phenomenal listener and a genuinely caring individual. I have had a very difficult time with my new diagnosis and she has shown compassion at every step. Her assistant Jenni has been the most amazing administrative advocate helping me navigate my way through the disability process and always responding immediately to not only my needs and inquiries, but has also shined in her efficient and prompt response to the disability and leave companies that I have been dealing with. Jan has also intervened at some key points where I had questions and was more than happy to spend the time updating me and explaining things to me. Dr. Loree’s office staff has been top notch also, providing me with medical update letters every time I am there. Her nurse assistants and teaching assistant have been wonderful and caring also. If you need assistance now or in the future with a cardiac issue or diagnosis, this is the Dr. and the team to seek out. It seems so many people just don’t really care about individuals anymore, but this team goes above and beyond and makes you feel like you are cared for, cared about and that you are a human being with real issues that they definitely advocate for in the highest and most professional regard. Keep doing what you do Dr. Loree and your fantastic team as it makes a difference in people’s lives, and it has certainly made a difference in mine! Thank you again for your excellence in care!
