I recently started seeing Dr. Aloka. Felt like I needed to post because I had the exact opposite experience as the other review. I have visited both the Bloomfield Hills office and the Clarkston office. The staff was very kind and friendly at both locations. New patient check in at the Bloomfield Hills office was fast and efficient. There was a short wait checking out at BH, but that is totally reasonable in a busy office. Also have to add that Dr. Aloka took his time with me, he sat down, was not in any rush. He provided me with a lot of information, in terms that I understood, not typical doctor talk. Also, I don’t know him personally, but his demeanor was very warm & kind. Genuinely felt like he cared about my well being and the best path for me to take.
