safety of our patients, providers and staff.

Here are the changes that you will notice at your next appointment:
Enhanced Safety – A safe environment for our staff and patients is of paramount importance
- All our staff are required to wear a mask. Our providers will wear appropriate personal protective equipment.
- Exam rooms will be thoroughly disinfected after each patient. Common areas will also be disinfected throughout the day
Prior to Appointment
- Prior to your appointment, if you develop symptoms of COVID-19, please contact our office.
- If you have been exposed to COVID 19 in the past 10 days, you must contact our office.
Check-in Process
- You are required to wear a mask upon entrance to the building.
Bloomfield Hills TESTING
Here are the changes that you will notice at your next appointment:
Please Note: As a safety measure for everyone –
ONLY the Patient is allowed in the building, unless assistance is absolutely required.

- Screening staff daily
- Frequent hand-washing

- We have restored our Monday through Friday office hours to see all patients. Telemedicine visits, please call 248-333-1170.
- Prior to your appointment, if you develop symptoms of COVID-19, please contact our office.
Check-in Process
- You are required to wear a mask upon entrance to the building.
- Upon arrival, your temperature will be checked. If it is over 100, you will be asked to return home and to contact our office for a telehealth appointment.
- A single caregiver will be allowed to accompany you during the visit. Other individuals must wait outside the building.
Waterford

Check-in Process
- You are required to wear a mask upon entrance to the building.
- Please check in at the window to the right of the door
- Your temperature will be checked.
- A single caregiver will be allowed to accompany you during the visit after initial examination.
- We are taking only 1 person in the back at a time
- There is a waiting area outside our office door, but please use safe distancing.
